Another week has flown by and it's time for Sketch Frenzy Friday. This week our sketch was created by Stacey Tomkowiak:
Here is my creation:
and the inside of my card:
I used stamps from the January My Paper Pumpkin kit and paper from the Stacked With Love DSP stack, plus some Real Red, Whisper White, and Basic Black cardstock along with Real Red ink. I aso used the Sweetheart punch, the 2" circle punch, and the 1-3/4" scallop circle punch.
Time to go check out our blog, Sketch Frenzy Friday and see what the other designers have created.
Enjoy!

And here are two close ups of the two different ones I have made--so far:
Sadly, the two stamps I used are no longer available. However, the paper I used IS available. On the Boo Treat, I used the smaller scallop circle and Basic Black card stock, Whisper White card stock, and some of the Night Owl DSP from the Holiday mini catalog. For the Spider treat, I used the larger scallop circle punch with Basic Black card stock. I also used Whisper White and Pumpkin Pie card stock with two of the oval punches. Oh--the candy used is (are?) York Peppermint Patties.
Since I have been seeing so many Halloween cards on the web, I decided to create one also. Here is my card made with My Digital Studio. I followed the sketch pretty strictly except for the background paper.
The card base is Basic Black. The DSP layer is from the Cast-a-Spell and it is Pattern 5. This DSP is only available in MDS. The circle on top of the DSP is in Daffodil Delight. The scalloped circle is Whisper White. The stamp image is Eat, Drink and Be Scary and the saying is from Pumpkin Patch. Both stamp brush sets are only available in MDS--they are retired as stamp sets. But that is the beauty of MDS--these stamp set images are available for ever! The witches hat image and the sentiment are both in Basic Black and the top layer of the modern label punch is Whisper White. The bottom layer is Basic Black.
