Sketch Frenzy Friday--Springtime Romance

Hi Stampers:

Friday again and time for Sketch Frenzy Friday. I am REALLY on a roll with My Digital Studio--I have created SO many of my sketch interpretations in MDS. I love it! And sometimes I feel like I am THE QUEEN of MDS, but that title really belongs to other people--I just dabble in it. I have NEVER done a scrapbook page in MDS (shame on me with over 3000 pictures in my computer!) Well, enough of that--on with the sketch created by Deb Currier:

Isn't this a GREAT sketch. My thoughts were to use the Twitterpated paper and Apothecary Art. At first, I was going to use REAL paper and stamps and ribbon and buttons, but as usual I waited til the last minute and HAD to use My Digital Studio. But I think it turned out pretty good:

The only embellishment/stamp on the card that is NOT from the Occasions mini is the flower. It is from the MDS stamp brush set called Bliss. One of the things that kept me from doing a paper card was I had NO Basic Gray cardstock! So, I HAD to place an order to get some cardstock!!

Speaking of My Digital Studio, did you know that you can download a 30 day trial of MDS? This is something new from Stampin' Up! You get everything that is in the My Digital Express download and you can use it for 30 days. If you decide to buy the Express version at that time, you will get an emailed key to unlock it. OR you can order the CD version. It's a great way to try it out. Just click on the shop now button on the left side bar and you will be taken to my online store to order.

Well, on with the show: MARIA'S BLOG is the next stop on the tour. You can also go to our main SKETCH FRENZY FRIDAY BLOG. How about creating your own interpretation and uploading?

I think you did an amazing job on this sketch! Nothing like using MDS to make beautiful cards that's for sure!
